              To get enough benefit from the food we consume, we must plan our diet properly

                                                          Processed food including packaged food & franchised food may fulfill our urge to taste something tasty, but can cause severe damage to our health

                      To reverse craving for such food switch to eating fresh food instead of junk/fast food

v Too many meals away from home:

                                                                         We all enjoy having food outside like in places like hotels, restaurants, café which make us carefree about the quality of  food  we  need to feed our body

                                               Such thing makes us to crave for having food outside and we neglect our home made hygienic food

Over eating of such food causes many health problems as the food we eat outside doesn’t match the quality standards of healthy food as most of the places are UN hygienic and dishes are made up with low quality oil also cheap food materials.

v Too much added sugar

Sweets are one of our cultural identity, but what if these sweet makes us sick?

                                              Almost 30-40% of digestion occurs inside our mouth when salivary juices are mixed with chewed food, but it’s beneficial only when the food is chewed properly.

                          But, having giant portion size while eating makes it difficult as the food we eat cannot be chewed properly which creates problems like constipation and many more….

Study shows that “the fast we eat the more fat we get”.

*   Average portion  should be chewed 30-40 times

v Drinking water while eating:

                                                                   Our stomach works like a mixer consuming too much water slower the process of digestion due to which vital nutrient can’t be absorbed by the body

                             Digestion initiates with the help of heat generated by   body drinking water while eating makes our system cool down & the food we ate can’t get digested properly

Ø Take 30 minute gap before and after eating food

Ø Eat warm and fresh food

Ø Don’t include fruits while eating cooked food

                                                         Sometimes we consume food more than its requirement

“man bhar ke khate hain!”

*   Avoid over eating it has adverse effect on our health causing  digestion problem and sleeping disorder

§  Take  5-6 meal a day , but make sure taking a gap of at least 2hr before each meal
